Hacker, who brings over 20 years of expertise in legal, regulatory, and strategic leadership roles, most recently served as the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Motorola Solutions.
During his impactful tenure at Motorola Solutions, Hacker was instrumental in the company's evolution into a global frontrunner in AI, software, and services. He was at the forefront of protecting the company’s intellectual property through high-stakes litigation, while also cultivating a solid government affairs presence in Washington, D.C. His efforts played a significant role in driving shareholder value during a period of dynamic change and growth for the company.
